The ordering process is THOROUGH, yet SIMPLE. Below, are the steps that are invlolved in placing a successful bag or requesting a more accurate Quote.
The Ordering Process:
- Pick a bag.
- Request a quote.
- Send us a complete "Customer Information Sheet" and Artwork (or let us design something for you).
- You approve artwork proof & final costs including shipping.
- We move your order into production.
- When complete, we box & ship via UPS ground & we email you a tracking number.
The Artwork Requirements:
- Vector based graphic files.
- (EPS, AI, PDF) with OUTLINED FONTS.
- Image files such as jpeg and gifs are fine, but there is a conversion fee.
- The dimensions and imprint area are listed in the details section of each bag.

Materials: 238 GSM (grams per square meter). Insulated polyester fiber and coated thermal film. Reinforced handles. Thick recyclable insert placed at the bottom of each bag for added support. These cooler bags are hand washable, water repellent, and extremely durable.
